Dr. D Joseph and his team, were so accommodating and helpful in every way possible, explaining the medical terms until I understood them, always taking my phone calls, making a plan to fit me in for appointments, and when going into Theatre the team made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It’s really hard in this day and age to get the service I received. It was a very stressful time, but it was handled in a very professional, caring pleasant manner.
