Although I was already aware of Dr Joseph’s reputation as one of the world’s leading eye surgeons, I wasn’t prepared for how impressive a setup he runs here in Knysna. The clinical and admin assistants are warm, smart, efficient and friendly. The diagnostics rooms are kitted out with more equipment than I’ve ever seen outside of Moorfields. Dr Joseph is knowledgeable and talented and is a great communicator who not only explains complex issues or procedures in simple language but also listens and understands his patients’ questions or anxieties.

A dream come true

What a fantastic experience! Dr Dylan and his staff are highly professional and friendly. Mariska who mans the front and guests’ liaisons does a great job and seems to know just how to keep everyone happy and content.

For how intricate this procedure is they make it look easy and stress free. Taking very little time and recovery extremely quick with no pain involved. Result of the procedure also exceeded my expectation. I should’ve done this much sooner than I did. All and all I would rate this 10 out of 10

I ask myself over and over why I left it for so long! It’s nothing short of a miracle. I can see so clearly and I don’t need to wear glasses. The level of service and attention from every single member of The Vision for Life Team was phenomenal.
